Peer to Peer Networking issue after virus

I have a peer to peer network in my office, only three computers on it. I got a virus a few weeks ago but was able to get rid of it with my Norton software. The only problem is that now if I click on My Network Places I can get into the other two comptuers but they can't get into my computer. They get an access error saying that they don't have permission. But I have shared everything I can think of and only have one user account. ANy ideas?

check if you have deleted the log on locally rights for this user account to both of the other machines.

I don't think that I ever had to specifically add the two other computers here as computers that could access my own. In fact the other two computers that I can get into don't have me listed. But I tried anyway and it won't save the new policy.
