problem with installation

Error 1305.Error reading from the file C:\Program Files\EA Games\Comman and Conquer Generals\AudioEnglish.big. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.
This keeps on coming up and i cant fix it. Other files are fine but not this 1 so could someone please help me.....

oh yeah and its a new cd as well, not anything bad with it....
