How do you know when your motherboard is fired?

when all the other parts work perfectly in another computer.

To test if your motherboard is dead, disconnect all components from the system accept for the Motherboard, Processor, and RAM. This gives you a possibility of four things that could be a problem.

After changing the video card, ram, and processor; if the system still fails, and you know the other parts work in another system, then it's a capable assumption to say the motherboard is dead.
