Can't access bios

How do i access my bios on a Intel(R) 82801BA motherboard, i have tried many ways of accessing and they dont seem to work, (ex F1, F2, F4, F8, F10, Delete, ...) this one website said that some of those are basic methods of accessing my BIOS but it just doesnt seem to work. please help

Make sure that you press delete right as the Memory test is taking place. If correctly done, it should enter the bios. From my experience, intel boards have always used delete for BIOS entrance. You can only enter it right as the computer is "beginning" to start.

when it says "press delete to enter setup" , PUSH DA BUTTON! if you wait more than about 2 seconds, its too late.

What I do is just start tapping it as soon as I press the power button, and don't stop until I see the bios. Just don't tap too rapidly or you'll get an annoyed beeping noise.

actually all that appears on the screen is a blue screen with the intel pentium 3 logo and the computer has never said to push delete to enter setup or bios or anything...iono ive tried it a few times the next thing that pops up is the windows xp loading screen...
