Msgsrv32 help!

 can any one help me with this.as of late i keep getting this message.Msgsrv32 has caused an error in krnl386.exe. msgsrv 32 will now close. if you continue to exsperiance problems try restarting your computer. Iam running windows me,any ideas?

Microsoft apparently released a fix for this and included it in one of the updates for Windows. Go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download every service pack and update it detects that your computer needs. If the problem continues, post back and let us know!
