Digital Picture Problems

I have a Kodak CX4300 Digital Camera. Recently, I switched operating systems from ME to XP Home Edition. In doing so, about 650 pictures that I had stored in my easyshare program has become distorted. It almost looks like a pixel problem. They are blurred. I have had two people to try and fix the pictures. One of these was a Kodak Tech. However, the pictures are not fixed yet. If anyone could possibly help. I would be glad to send you a picture and see if there is anything you could possibly do. I was very dumb and did not save my pictures in any other form. My last year's wedding pictures are on there. I would appreciate any help.
