System problem?

When attempting to contact the staff through the contact form (for permission for rants/raves forum), I got an error, even though everything was filled out. It said that this may have been due to a system error or something of the life, and I should contact people. Any ideas?

Today being April Fools Day, the site is a little... off.  Try back again tomorrow when the site is back to normal and we can all stop talking like idiots.
