Am I Blue?

Things you can consider while I go see about my (green) beans:
For a number of weeks now, we have been getting complaints from relatives and bill collectors that our main phone is not working right. People call and sometimes they get through and other times they get this message to call a 1-800 number. This
weekend I finally decided to correct this problem since listening to relatives and bill collectors demand I give them money is one of my favorite pasttimes.
Like most folks who don't want to listen to a cellular phone schpeel from their phone company store, I went to Radio Shack. After listening to their cellular phone schpeel, I bought a cheepo phone...(on sale for 20 bucks) One of the things I wanted and I emphasized this to the salesman, was a phone that lit up when the phone rang. I am getting older and sounds are starting to sound like night bugs and frogs around a farm pond. He had two phones like that in stock and I bought the one he could get to work. A Blue Neon model that has a florescent light in a transparent case that flickers when the phone rings. Great choice since it can also double as a night light. I asked the salesman if I could come back to Radio Shack to get another light when it failed.
He said for twenty bucks why don't you buy two? So I did.
One of the things about having a Blue Neon Phone on your computer desk is that after a while you start thinking about the Color Blue. At least I do. One thing leads to another (as it always does) and next thing I know I am doing a search on the net KEYWORD BLUE. I hadn't realized that Blue was such a popular color, in fact I believe Blue might be the Color that most people pick when they need a color.
Some of the sites are no brainers... Big Blue, the Blues, the St. Louis Blues, Blue Ribbon commisions, Blue Books, Blue Bible, Blue Peter (I didn't go to that one) Blue Oyster Cult, Bluebirds, BlueJays, Blue from American Express (don't leave home without it), Blue Dixie, BlueFlies, BlueBells, Blue Angels, BlueBonnet Margerine...Cordon Bleu (I can't understand how this one slipped in there, must have been a browser funny) Anyways with a few tasty turtle leaves and some time, I am sure I could have thought of most of these varients of Blue and a few more...but there were also Blues listed I wouldn't have even thought of...I think.
Blue and White English China, Kelly Blue Book, Blue Mountain Arts,Blue Highway, BlueNote(a record and a niteclub),Blue Byte Gaming Channel, BluesNews, Kasparov vs. Big Blue (Some chess match). Blue Book of Grammer and Punctuation (Laggy should try to post this one in the staff forum), Lots of Resorts in the Blue Mountains, By the Deep Blue Sea, The Blue Lake,The Blue Ridge, The Blue Forest, Blue Valley and The Blue Sky.
Lot of college and high school athletic teams are Blue: Blue Devils, Blue Squirrels(!!!), Blue Knights, Winnepeg Blue Bombers (pros), Blue Angels, Blue Sky Raiders--a brief listing. All of these teams are also Covered by Blue Cross. On a related note: there are Blue Chips, Blue Berries, Blue Margaritas, Blue Corn Chips, Blue Diamond Roasted Nuts and Blue Donuts.
Blue Angel is also a movie, (Marlene Deitrich),Blue Movies, Blue Television there is Code Blue, Pacific Blue, NYPD Blue, Deep Blue Sea,Micky Blue Eyes, Blue Hawaii, and Boys in Blue...I could also add Blue Screen of Death...(well, its on a screen) there is a Blue Army of Fatima, (a nunnery I think), The Songs, Blue Moon and Blue Moon of Kentucky,Blue Velvet, Blue Grass, the Blues...Bobby Blue Bland...Moody Blues...There are more Blues Artists than you can shake a stick at.
There is Blue Ice, Blue Mold, Blue Ears, Blue Hand, Blue Blood,Blue Tongue, Blue Balls(ouch), and Blue Eyes.
Anyways all of this because of a BLue Neon Phone. I don't mean to have a point in all this, other than blue seems to be everywhere. There are a lot of blues I didn't get to..And Some I wish I hadn't visited. Sometime soon, You should pick a color and Key it in on your browser.. You might be surprised to know that it is also a favorite of Millions. Am I blue? You bet.. I have on a Blue tshirt and Blue Jeans and Blue Deck shoes. The underware is Brown and White, which reminds me I need to get some Blue Cheer, Blue Bleach, and those Blue Thingys you drop in the Toilet Water.
