norton internet security password problem

Norton Internet Security 2003 does not recognise my password. I have administrator access and am running win xp with internet explorer 6. Cannot get around this!!

uninstall it. completely. youll need a program from their site to remove remnants, its so poorly coded. run a registry cleaner afterwards, just in case.
then you can reinstall it if you wish.
