window startup problem!

Dear all member,
I have found very interesting program in my window startup items.

I just uncheck it for temprorary disable it. Can anyone tell me what is this and how to delete it?
I am using window 98. I search through this web site: http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm
but i cannot get any result.

That doesn't sound good. Have you run Spybot Search and Destroy to try to remove any spyware/malware?

This is an official mirror for Spybot S&D so you don't have to worry about getting a fake version (they are out there!). Update the program with its' internal updater before running its' check for problems.
