Nero cover design

Please help. I have a problem trying to make a cd label in Nero. I have Nero 6. I copied a few tracks from my audio cd and made a cd of the selected tracks. Before burning the cd, I entered the track titles, artist. After the cd was burnt, I then entered the Nero Cover Design to make a label. Unfortunately, all the tracks I have already entered was not read or recognised by the Nero Cover Design, which means that I have to go through the whole process again of entering manually all the track titles and artist. Is there any thing I can do so that these track titles/artist are transferred to the label maker software instead of having to type the titles in manually again. Please help. thanks
