Counter Strike: Condition Zero Multiplayer Issues

In Condition Zero, my Main Menu has the options "play Counter Strike: Condition Zero", "play Custom Game", "Play Online With Steam", "Options", and "Exit". in the instruction manual it says there is a "change game" button on the main menu so that you can switch to multiplayer mode, but mine doesnt have any such option. anybody have any ideas what i need to do to play multiplayer over a LAN?

CS:CZ is for the PC right? This is the console forums, hehe. I don't have it though, but does the Custom Game option allow you to switch to other game types at all?
Edit: I was digging around and found this article from 2 years ago (it is 2 years so it probably isn't accurate)
