IE 6.0-can't load certain web pages

In the last week, my internet explorer doesn't open certain web pages and site. It says the page isn't available or it is a blank screen and the timer thingy shows it's busy. I go to Penn State so I visit that site fairly often. A good instance of how my browser will not work: I can open my email off webmail.psu.edu and most pages with psu.edu in the address, but I can't open http://soc.our.psu.edu/soc/main_search.cfm. I also can't open the microsoft support site for IE and a few other sites. I don't have any viruses and I haven't downloaded any new programs. Any suggestions? I've cleared my cache and other things possible. Oh...and my internet works fine and speedy if i use AOL.

Hi,

Just wondering if you found a fix for the problem as I have the same thing.

Cheers
