splits after hosting frozen throne maps (negotiatorsmith)

Hey,
Another problem came up.
i got 2 pc's in network, no virusscanners of firewalls enabled. both pc run frozen throne fine, but when hosting a map one pc seems to cause serversplits, while the other one has no problem hosting...
If anyone can help me, i would be thankfull

If you have Windows 98, Me or XP, try doing a "selective startup" to ensure that all non-essential running background programs are closed:
For Windows XP/ME users:
Click Start and select Run, then type "msconfig" and click OK.
In the General tab:
Choose Selective Startup
Disable (uncheck) Load startup items
Click OK and Reboot
For Windows 98 users:
Click Start and select Run, then type "msconfig" and click OK.
In the General tab:
Choose Selective Startup
Disable Process the config.sys file
Disable Process the autoexec.bat file
Disable Load startup group items
Click OK and Reboot
