Open Tech Support has posted a new guide: Simple Spam-Reduction Techniques for Non-Geeks!
This guide is the very basic ways to keep spam out of your inbox. No complicated filters or third-party programs, just simple rules that everyone should know. Although these techniques will seem like common sense to the techies on this site, I wrote this guide with my non-geek family members and friends in mind -- the ones who click on "remove me from your list" in every spam, the ones who angrily reply to spammers, and the ones who sign up for everything with the same e-mail address.
