We are planning to wipe our harddrive and re0install.....we have SBC-Yahoo....home portal 1000 series...what software do I need to re-install DSL?

you should just need the drivers for your ethernet card, if they dont come with xp. you will need to make sure you have all the login info for your sbc account, naturally. windows has all the necessary software other than the drivers.

You should just need your SBC-Yahoo cd...and the driver cd for your ethernet card.

dont windows usually have built-in drivers 4 most ehternet cards ? 
if so then Rock all u need 2 do is reinstall windows n there u go

They do have drivers for most ethernet cards, but you'll probably get a newer driver if you use the cd meant for the card. I guess it doesn't really matter, as you can just dl the newest online anyway.
