Soundcard and Radio for Internet Broadcast

I just moved to Phoenix about a year ago and I really miss KROQ in Los Angeles. I want to setup a box in LA at my mother's house connected to a radio and stream kroq. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to stream radio?
As far as I know, all i need is a radio, a sound card with a line in, and some webspace. What else do I do? Thanks in advance for the help.
