I need some kind of program that turns off my computer from a tv tuner remote control.
Is this possible?
Im using a program called much t.v.

wouldn't you need an infared port on the front you can point to to get the remote working?
use copernic to scour the web about it
if you want a PVR i believe WinDVD allows you to do that
