Blocking a specific pop-up

I am running Windows XP, IE, OE, and the Google taskbar to block pop-ups. Google does fine, but I keep getting a very annoyng pop-up on IE and now OE. It does not occur when I browse with Netscape. The pop-up says "Security Warning". It is Virtual Bouncer from Spyware Labs Inc. It continually pops up on almost every website, and now it is popping up on my email page. How can I block this particular pop-up. Thanks in advance.

install, update and run http://security.kolla.de , and spywareblaster from www.javacoolsoftware.com

if it continues, youll want to disable windows messenger in xp.
