Microsoft's Hotmail Servers Infected

Reuters reports:

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - After weeks of urging the public to patch computers running its software to prevent Code Red infections, Microsoft Corp. found on Thursday that its own servers needed de-worming.

Ironic, isn't it? The worm did not damage Hotmail's servers, and there was no loss in performance.

More like moronic!

And they want us to trust them with .net?!?!?
Ignorance must be bliss!

Hotmail has been out since before Christmas. Any news about when they will get this thing fixed? I really love how each of these (free) mail providers hide their contact information.

Hotmail out since christmas?
It has been working fine for me the whole time, I'm checking my mail right now.

I'm in Austin, TX. You are in another part of the country, yes? In any case, it's interesting that you can read your mail and I apparantly can't. But what the hell, it's free.

I just wish I had used another mail service to monitor the lists I read from hotmail. I may as well set that up now.
