pogo bridge problem

We have a new computer with XP. When we connect topogo bridge we get the LEAVE sign
WE change sceen names=same thing. We have gotten rid of the background processes, cleared the internet files,cookies and cache. Dinconnected anti spam, anti virus and firewall Installed the java required (twice) reinstalled pogo favorites. We can get buckeroo blackjack with no problem. Contacted pogo help xxxtimes and done everything they suggest , No help. Any ideas? dadonjack
