exception 0E

I get "an exception 0E has occurred at 0028:c1bd5489 in VxD scsiport(01) 000007d9" on startup....also, i cant get into 'my computer' nor can i right click on anything without having the computer freeze completely....I havent found this particular 0E exception in any forum yet...anyone have a clue how to fix it?

VxD usually refers to a video driver. You didn't by some chance have ZoneAlarm, then uninstall or upgrade it, did you?
