Obviously their fakes, but Sega has some kind of announcement for E3 that their uber excited about and wont give even the slightest detail as to what it is. These could have been created by sega and 'leaked' out to the web, their past marketing has shown just how creative they can get(remember Beta-7?).
I'd buy one if it played SegaCD games too.

Nah! i doubt sega would come out with a new game console, seeing as how the Dreamcast (which is better than the PS2) failed so miserably, even with great games like Soul Calibur and others.
Or amybe they just want to ignore the old saying "once bitten, twice shy."

If you read the box, its not a different console. Its a Dreamcast with an AMD processor.

That would be so cool if the Sega DreamCast came back in some form.

I  my dreamcast. It's been getting more play than my Xbox lately mainly because there is a lull in good games comming out.
There are all kinds of rumors floating around about the announcement they will be making tomorrow morning. It doesn't help that Sega fueled the speculation by adding in the whole, you won't expect this from us approach.

Only 1 more day, Im hoping the above pics are true. I never owned a dreamcast, and I always wanted to. When I finnaly was gonna buy one, they were gone. A friend of mine owned one and we played it a lot, the only thing I didnt like about it was the controller. It hurt my hands after a little while.
It could be some kind of hybrid console where it can play Saturn and SegaCD games too. But then again, thats just my wish for whatever it is, if it turns out to be hardware.
Maybe their merging with Infinium Labs

SKYHN i hope you dont mind if i disagree with you about the DC controller; i think it is more comfortable and easy to use than tehe Xbox and GameCube contollers. The PS2/PS contoller is good though.
I really hope its a newer Dreamcast though. Can anyone post up websites or links concerning the above pics and any stories connected with it?

Everyone's hands are differnet. To my hands, the Gamecube controller is by far the most comfortable.

I'd have to say that I was COMPLETELY sold on the X-Box controllers, it was like my hands were gettinng a massage. I guess its just a matter of how your hands are shaped but I'd have to say that for me, nothing else even COMPARED with the X-Box's controllers. I honestly never liked dreamcast and am curious how this will work out (didn't sega sell a bunch of rights to their stuff like sonic to nintendo?)

I like the Gamecube controllers too, except for that Z button. But the PS1/PS2 controller is my favorite.
