IPrism Software

I'm just curious about the software that my school uses for it's security stuff (banning websites, tracking, etc.). It uses a thing called Iprism, and it supposedly isn't installed on all the machines, except for one. It works through the network, maybe?

I just want to know if anyone has heard about it, how it works, etc.

However, I am NOT wanting to know how to break it, disarm it, hack it, etc. I HAVE NO MALICIOUS INTENT. All I want to know it how it works, because I am curious. Is it really just a one-computer thing? It is just something I want to know.

Thanks.

Oh, and if this still isn't something supported by OTS, feel free to warn me/remove the post as necesary, moderators. I won't be offended at all.
