msn internet service

In the last 2 months I have not been able to go into msn internet service. I deleted from the computer and now I cant install it. I keep getting a message that states net passport servers are down. But, when I sign in from another computer I could log on. Can someone help me with this problem. It is sure to be my pc thats the problem. Thank You
