Sudden video card problem in dual mode

I have an Nvidia Geforce 4 MX 460 video card that has been working fine, until about a week ago at about the time I downloaded some updates from Microsoft including an Nvidia driver.
I used to be able to select the video card to duplicate the screen to my TV....it no longer shows anything but a white screen....the TV does go into S-Video input though...but now a white screen....what gives???
Any help would be much appreciated.

you should be able to find older driver versions online. if possible, find the one you had and download it. remove the current driver, theres a removal tool also around for thorough removal if you need it, and reboot and install the "old" driver.

I have had a ton of problems with "new" nvidia drivers on my quadro, the newer version doesn't always mean that you will have less problems.
