Files Won't delete

I currently have 2 files on my desktop.Nothing dodgy.One is called mp3gain-win 1 2 3 & the other is trilogyi.The first was downloaded with an MP3 Normalizer & the other is a Media Player Vis.However I have tried to delete these files even in safe mode & they won't delete.When i try and run them I get an C:\Windows\system32\Config.NT Error.Anybody help please
