Not on Dial-up. On broadband you can with a router.

You could set it up if you knew what you're doing, but you'd not want to. Online you'd suck it up enough alone on dialup, with a second person sharing your bandwidth you'd might as well sit back and watch the pause screen.
Please don't post multiple threads, fishing for a reply.
