Front USB activation AZ11EA

Guys (and Gals)
I want to use the Front USB pins on a AZ11EA board for extra USB attachables. I have activated the BIOS and have plugged in a cable etc but they still don't work. Are there pins I need to open or close on the motherboard to get them to work? The USB ports at the back work fine.

Have you visited the motherboard manufacturer's site for that specific motherboard?

Yes, but there is nothing that I could find on the site. The message come up with "device not recognised" so it won't load any drivers.
