Linksys VPN router setup

The small company I work for has a Linksys WRV54G VPN router that I am supposed to replace our old router with.
On the office network, there is a server. Employees need to be able to have VPN access to this server from the road or from home. Computers used to access the server will be WinXP or Win2000.
How the hell do I set this up? The router came with no docs other than the "quick start guide" (which doesn't include VPN stuff), and the Linksys site is WAY less than helpful. I need to know how to set the VPN stuff up on the router, and how to tell the employees to configure their computers.
Googling turned up nothing useful. I need a close to step-by-step guide, and I don't have the time to sit down and learn everything I want to know about VPN stuff right now.. anyone?
