Question about old PDA

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have a friend who owns a; don't laugh; Compaq Aero 2150 PDA. It has WinCE loaded on it. My question is if there is any way to change the os to say pocket 2000?

My guess is that he won't be able to, but I wanted to get confirmation from someone that is more knowledgeable in this area. I think that since his PDA uses a MIPS processor and that most if not all pocket os handhelds use ARMs. Am I correct in thinking this.

Another question is: where could he get a remote program for this particular pda? We've both looked all over and everything he's tried doesn't work.

Thanks for any help! Cheers!
