hey i was wondering if anyone knows where i can get a good movie splitter for avi, divx, or any other video formats. Or a program that will actually burn a 900 mg movie. i am currently using nero but that will not burn multiple cds as far as i know

Splitter? You should just use an ordinary video editor and cut the movie wherever you want.

Virtualdub is a decent video editing program. I don't think it can handle vbr mp3s or ac3 sound though, so if you get any errors about the sound, use nandub instead. You can find them both at www.doom9.net, they have tutorials on splitting files too.
