Norwegian tanslator needed =P

Anyone know where i could find a andy dandy norwegian translator program? I'd like english to norwegian and norwegian to english, and preferably FREE.
I looked on yahoo (I don't use search engines much, and thats the only one i could think of) but all i found was a bunch of people who did translations for big $$$ (0.50$ USD a word for one)
I have my reasons for wanting this *evil grin* (It envolves much chaos) 
Any ideas where to find one?
