i recently had a trojan horse virus (backdoor.jeem) igot rid of the virus by deleting it with norton anti virus and tried disabling and reseting my system to fix all errors but my home page still keeps changing and i still keep getting explorer error code ~7751567454.TMP. I used PcDocRx on call to try to repair this and it fixed several prob. except for these two so if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated thanks again

Have you tried? Click IE (icon)/tools/Internet Options/ and typing the required (your requested URL name at the address) and clicking the apply button?
Running an antivirus program you have to disable the restore function.
