ipx gaming over tcp/ip

Hello
I try to play starcraft Broodwar via internet against a friend but there are only two options,that is ipx/spx or the game servers.
so as i don't want to play on the servers, i would like to play via ipx on the internet, i know that there are programs like kali and stuff but they contain spyware and you have to pay for it. so if there is someone that can help setting up my multiplayer via ipx on internet that would be a great help!!! (if you now a name of a program that simulates ipx via tcp/ip please let me know, maybe i can help you too with somthing)
