My pc keeps crashing

hi all
It been doing it for about a week and i dont know where to start. when my pc crashes i have two programs running, aol broadband and msn messenger. problem is that when it crashes i dont know what is doing it. can n e 1 help

Running
windows xp, 258 sdram and 1.3 Ghz intel celeron

all help welcome

disable the reboot on error, so you can see the blue screen.

how does he do that?

im curious, i dont have xp. but ive never seen a blue screen on my comp either

i'm not that good on pc's so can you tell me how to do it please

Right-click on My Computer and click Properties. Click the Advanced tab, then click the bottom-most settings button. Uncheck the "automatically restart" box and click OK. If your computer has been rebooting when it crashes, this may reveal a Blue Screen of Death that will tell you what the problem is.
