I just reformattied with my new hard drive last night and every once in a while, the "NT authority system" shuts me down due to the process lsass.exe. Whats going on? It has happened 3 time now

That's probably one of those worms. Just turn on a firewall and download all the windows updates and it shouldn't happen again.

Might wanna enable a firewall before you connect to the Internet next time...

I actually already the firewall enabled, it was just an update that didn't get downloaded when I reinstalled windows, thanx though I got it all fixed now

When it says your system is going to shut down - go to start -> run and type shutdown -a

then go to http://www.microsoft.com/security/i...ser_printxp.asp to finish the removal of the Sasser worm.

Good luck = )
