ICS and 5100B (PPPoE modem)

My friend used to have dial-up connection and she shares it using ICS. She has 3 PCs (Win 98) and a hub. Her ICS connection works fine until she upgraded on a dsl service. Now she uses 5100B modem (has own built-in PPPoE) directly connected to the hub and the hub to the PCs. Why do you think her ICS won't work now that she is using the 5100B modem or the dsl. HOw can she use the dsl modem and share it thru ICS.
