EDIT: Note that you can allow popups with google toolbar by holding down control, since some sites need pop-ups to function.

Mmm, you should never ' Buy ' a pop-up blocker. As long as you don't have much spyware/adware and a good pop up blocker like the google one, you'll never have problems with pop-ups again.

I use Panicware Pop-Up Stopper if I'm using IE. Netscape, Mozilla, and all their variants have built-in pop-up blocking.

I Recommend using MyIE2 .. It works as an IE wrapper and gives u many features that were missed in IE ..
