If anyone locates the Japanese version, I will build a church in your honor and worship you 8 hours a day.

honestly though, what do epople see in that show? Its wierd that kids absolutely love that show

Posted by: Outlaw

Your german version is dutch.

Posted by: SKYHN

The site I got it from said it was german. Oh well, still good.

I dunno what it is about that show, I just find it really funny. I dont regularly watch it, just if I happen to see that its on, Ill watch. Found out about it years ago when my sister was watching it and I was like 'damn, this is funny'. Its silly, like Ren and Stimpy.

Posted by: Bunmiadefisayo

Ren and Stimpy was just plain disgusting. if you want a good show watch Aqua Team Hunger Force, now THAT is funny OR better yet, watch Johnny Bravo, that stuff cracks me up all the time.

Posted by: RAcastClarke

I like that stuff. I hate gross-out cartoons. They make me sick. SB has some of that. Not enough to piss me off though.

You want quality cartoons? Eek the Cat, Terrible Thunderlizards, Animaniacs. Those are the best, and they always will be.

I love em. That's my stand. SB is okay, but not great. Johnny Bravo is good stuff too. FUNNY!

<- my favorite smiley

Aqua Teen Hunger Force is awesome, but I still love my Samurai Jack.

Posted by: Bunmiadefisayo

OMG hgow the hell could i have forgotten about Samurai Jack I LOVE that show so much In fact, it should be on Adukt Swim and not in the regular kiddies section

Posted by: NegotiatorSmith

Nickelodeon has really declined in quality since I was a kid, but I think Spongebob is pretty funny.

The cartoons that Nick showed back in the 80s and early 90s, ohh man I could go on forever about those... if you're into old-school Nick you'll love this site:

Ah, Johnny Bravo...when it first came out on Cartoon Network I thought "damn, one of those cheap low-end cartoons again" - and I had a most pleasant surprise instead; I recall JB's TV interview - my favourite http://forum.hardware.fr/images/perso/ddr555.gif

As for the Animaniacs...well let's just say they're in a class of their own http://forum.presence-pc.com/images.../curly-doll.gif

Sorry about your bad experiance bum, but that was plain stupid, even at a young age. If kids tried what they saw on cartoons, they'd all be dead. BTW a little kid actually did drown looking for spongebob, very sad but true.

On a lighter note, I am going to set up a saltwater aquarium this summer and I am DEFINITLY going to take your advice theemon!

Ive always wanted to do that too The problem is, it has to be carved out of a material that can be put into the water and wont disrupt the filtration.

In the german/dutch one I can just see the pirate not being a pirate at all...but a gestapo officer screaming "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!"

You're a good guy, Bun.

Posted by: Bix VT

Hey Bun, I didn't know you were German! Awesome! I was born in Nuernberg (don't know how to do an umlaut)

Sweet place man. And GREAT CARS!

wait...how does spongebob's "boatmobile" work underwater? And how can he soak up a puddle of his own tears but not the sea water?

Posted by: RAcastClarke

Hah, you can ask all kinds of questions like that about SB, and yo uwill never get an answer, my friend. Trust me, I think about that kind of stuff all the time, acting as I do.

Hmm....

Posted by: SKYHN

Eek the cat was the greatest over all cartoons, except Transformers (the old school ones).

Posted by: Bunmiadefisayo

Yeah the old Transformers was great. I watched it up till Beast Wars. now i cant stand the new ones; Energon, Armade or Acradia or somesuch.
