My mom had a big problem with her 6 month old Dell Inspiron 1100. She could get no help from tech support so took it to local computer shop and had a clean reinstall. Now when she going online (MSN) she does not see the whole page she pulls up. They are alot of freebie and shopping type pages and are just missng lines and places to click to fill out forms to have things sent. As you can tell I am not a computer genious and we are completely baffled. Dell and MSN have taken her through many steps to reset privacy and security settings to no avail. Could it be Norton AntiVirus Professonal or something else?? Before the big blue screen and faltal error problem caused the reinstall she had no problems with internet access. What do you all lthink? Thanks

Sometimes a fire wall will prevent parts of the pages to display. Also could be in the secruity settings. If the submit buttons or such as that are running script or are possible "hijacker links" then a fire wall could be blocking those. I have to close my fire wall to participate in some forums and also to fill out forms on some web pages. Just besure you trust the site before removing that cyber-condom.
