If you're behind a router, you'll need to configure it for hosting. If possible, I guess I'll spare you the details, I'll just tell you exactly what you have to do. However, I'd need to know your router make and model to do that. Do you think you could look for the model of your "IPstar" router? The other info on the sticker doesn't tell me the model.

I tried to find some documentation for your IPstar terminal or another IPstar terminal, but I couldn't find any, so that will make this extremely difficult.
How do you know that the terminal is actually acting as a router? Does your computer's IP address start with 10, 172.16 or 192.168?

"How do you know that the terminal is actually acting as a router?"
Actually I don't really know the defienition of a Router. Ill explain my set up though. I have a Satallite on my roof with 2 wires connecting down to this Black Box next to my computer, The box has 4 little lights signifiying that my connection is operational. The Black Box then connects to my computer. No other computers on the Network just mine.
"Does your computer's IP address start with 10, 172.16 or 192.168?"
My ip address is the cmd screen
Ip Address............... 192.168.5.2
Subnet Mask.............255.255.255.0
Defualt Gateway........192.168.5.100

The kind of router we're talking about is a piece of hardware that allows multiple computers to share an Internet connection. All of the computers connected to the router have a non-routable IP address, and that's where the hosting problem comes in - when packets on port 6112 TCP come in to someone behind a router, the router drops them unless port forwarding is used.
Okay, so your IP address does start with 192.168. This means that you have a non-routable IP address, and port forwarding needs to be used to get incoming packets on port 6112 TCP to your computer.
If your terminal doubles as a router and it is configured via a Web interface, try typing 192.168.5.100 into your web browser's address bar.
If the terminal doubles as a router and it is configured via Telnet, you can use Hyperterminal to connect. Put in 192.168.5.100 for the host address and 23 for the port.
If your terminal doesn't double as a router, this means that your ISP has assigned you a non-routable IP address and you won't be able to host unless they have a plan where they give you a routable one, or you get a different ISP.

When I put 192.168.5.100 into the adress bar nothin comes up. But are we looking for the IPSTAR Termaninal Properties page?? Because I already have this. Which is
http://192.168.5.100:8080/xwebgateway.cgi
Sorry, I didn't realize where we were trying to get too.
So at the webpage I need to forward ports 6112 TCP?

That "webgateway" thing you mentioned looks like it's your modem's web interface... if you can take a screenshot of what you're seeing and attach it to your next post, that would make it a lot easier for me to tell you where to go.

Heres a picture of the Box thing

Heres a picutere of what you wanted.
This is the place where I see if my connection is online. The other features require a password which I could probally get if it helps.

Ah, I see, thanks for the picture, it helps a lot.
If you can configure port forwarding in your terminal's settings, most likely it would be under the "Security" tab. If you need a password to get in there, please find out what it is, take a screenshot of what you see under the tab and then post it.
If I could find some documentation for your terminal I wouldn't ask you to post these screenshots, but I can't seem to find any.
