Quick question

I haven't been here in a few days or so, but something seems wrong/different with OTS. I only see like 2 pages worth of threads and it seems like alot of things have been deleted. Is it because of the downtime?

The fact that there aren't many new topics is probably because of the downtime, there's been quite alot of it lately. I haven't noticed anything being deleted, but if it was, it was probably for a good reason.

Topics sometimes get moved about. They rarely get deleted unless they're double posts or something ridiculous ... posts get split from topics, sometimes they get moved to our graveyard if there is a reason for them to be put there, but those times are rare. Split topics actually "add" topics instead of reduce them.
OTS has been having some sporadic downtime for more than two weeks now. The other day it was down for more than 10 hours. That accounts for much of the new topics not appearing as often as before.
