cant host on warcraft3 and nobody seems to have my service

If you tell me what model Westell modem you have, I will give you instructions for it. Most Westell modems double as routers, and you need to get around the router's "firewall" with port forwarding.

Okay, so you have the Westell 2200, which does double as a router by default. Look here for the instructions you need, complete with pictures:

You may need to use the "Static NAT" feature to get it to work. The Static NAT button is in one of the screenshots, and what Static NAT does is forward all incoming traffic to your computer. If you use it, please enable another firewall, like the Windows XP firewall. If you don't know how to configure the Windows XP firewall for hosting, post back.
