counterstrike spray

yes i am an idiot as far as computers and have no clue on how to do a custom spray. I have resized a pic to the reqiured 64x64 but no idea on how to make it available to my spray key. It appears as a blank choice in the choices. i'd really like some help cause it's a very twisted but funny spray.

have u tried changing it to a .bmp if u havent use Adobe Phtotshop and change it. then save ur image to ur Counter-Strike\logos folder

it is allready a bmp and saved in the logo folder... i think the issue has something to do with it being a picture.... Not a 1 color spray... but yet i still have no clue.
