gaming lag

I can only play from 5 to 20 minutes before my computer slows down and I start to lag and get a message that says waiting for host and below it in bold large print it says Dissconnect how do i solve this problem?

Well, there are two causes of that problem: a poor Internet connection or a network desync.
To narrow down the problem, we need some basic information first:
a. What kind of Internet connection do you have?
b. When did the problem start?
c. Do you disconnect from Battle.net or just from the game?
d. Does this happen every single game?
e. Are you playing on a specific custom map when this happens?
f. If you're on a home network, do the other computers on the network have this problem with Warcraft III?
g. Do you have a disconnect problem with any other online games you play?
