what driver do i need for this missing component?

i'm not sure what driver i need for this component, i have an dell inspiron 600m and i have dled all possible drivers off their website, and i still get this thing
i have just downgraded to windows 2000 pro, this has never happened in windows xp, if the appropriate driver cannot be found, but what ever is not installed doesn't affect my computer's performance, then it's okay too, but i need reassurances from you guys

Thats just your usb port u use it to connect camera, mp3 player, printer etc.

windows update might provide a driver for it. do you know if it still works? (other than what the device manager says.)
