Ive often been drafted into helping my friends computer problems, and one of the firrst things i do is install and run lavasoft adaware, becuase most people dont have the proper surfing habits/secutry and get alot of adware.
I was wondering what was the LARGEST amount anyone has ever gotton in one scan? my current record is 1756 files, on a computer used by a family, one of whom visits alot of rom sites.

Largest I ever got was around 30+ registry entries and 71 miscellaneous ones long ago... then again, I use adaware regularly (once a week almost) so it doesn't really have time to accumulate, and I immediately installed it when I reformatted my computer

I found the easiest way to get 0 was to disable cookies in ie, and then enable them for a few sites (this, yahoo, waitplanet, things like that)
