Does anyone know of a mp3 player program that allows the user to slow down the speed of the file. My mother in law is a medical transcriptionist and needs to slow down her dictations. Thanks for the help guys!

Ya know, I downloaded and tried the slowgold program and found out that it doesn't handle mp3's unless converted to wav files. Does anyone know of any other programs that play mp3's and can control the speed of the file. Thanks in advance for your help.
