Wow, I read that even before you posted it in this forum. Does anyone else find it just a tiny bit annoying how Shalome is being called idiotic when Mr. Hoffman is saying things like:

stating that other sites consider such a *ahem* "program" to be spyware couldnt be considered libelous to anyone except the sites refered to. the statement of fact only covers what others consider this application to be, not what it is. that would be like shal suing me for slander if i said that mr handsome studmuffin thought she was an idiot. its mr handsome studmuffin i would be slandering, or not, as the case may be, not her. im thinking that Herr Hoffman might be well advised to consult with attorneys on the definititions of libel and slander, and the criteria to meet them.

Canis Lupis sent a very professional, well-written response to Weatherbug that supported my position, linking to my article and asking Mr. Hoffman to register on OTS if he wishes to respond.
We'll see what happens.
